Sun Nuclear hosts live educational Product Webinars as part of its educational program. The webinars are hosted online, and are presented by clinical users and product experts. The QA & Dosimetry Symposium (QADS) is the only event for Medical Physicists and Dosimetrists that brings leading clinical innovators together to discuss the latest practices and issues related to QA and Dosimetry in Radiation Oncology. The symposium provides attendees with practical guidance from industry experts on new and relevant products, processes, and techniques in today’s evolving Radiation Oncology environment. The talk schedule is supplemented by opportunities to interact with leading industry vendors and colleagues in both professional and social settings.

The Sun Nuclear Training Center opened its doors in 2013. The training center is purpose-built, demonstrating Sun Nuclear’s commitment to patient safety and the effective use of QA solutions. Users can experience in-depth exploration of Sun Nuclear product functionality on a linac, as well as application-specific coursework such as IMRT QA, VMAT QA, Annual QA, and Commissioning. The training center offers this training in an environment that closely mimics an actual clinical setting for a realistic learning experience.Training courses on a variety of subjects are offered year round and are delivered by Sun Nuclear subject matter experts and experienced clinical users. The QA & Dosimetry News (QADN) is Sun Nuclear’s free recurring Radiation Oncology newsletter. The QADN provides important updates on not only Sun Nuclear products but also industry practices and research. In 2015 the QADN became fully electronic for a greener and richer user experience.
